Hosted by June O’Brien from Epic Taste Experiences, the evening brings together a powerful collaboration across culture, education and industry, uniting Kitjarra Wurrun-Ngeen, The Gordon, the Davidson Culinary Collective, First Nations knowledge and storytelling, and local artisan producers and makers .
Guests will be guided through a curated tasting journey of fire, fermentation and flavour, moving through a series of immersive moments before transitioning into an intimate, story-led dining experience.
